CAN I SEND THIS AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! Just let us know this is a gift. We’ll remove the invoice from the box. We’re happy to compose a gift card. Be sure to include your personal message in the order.

SHIPPING

We ship Fedex. You have options for how quickly you want to receive your package. Placing your order well in advance is the most economical option, and the best way to ensure you receive your package on time. Please give enough lead time, to allow for delays during Covid. We pack each order with the utmost care and protection, but we cannot control how the package is handled, once in transit. We’re not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping and handling.

When placing your order, please keep in mind we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, and holidays.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS
All CuisineStyle Creative Food Kits are made to order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, unless placing an order for overnight shipping. Once shipped, all sales are final.
ALLERGIES?
Some Kits contain nuts. This is indicated on the description for each individual Kit. If you wish to receive a nut-free Kit, please let us know, on the note section provided in your check out. All Kits are created in a facility that contains nuts and other allergens.
ORDER PICK UP
If you live locally and don’t need to ship, you’re perfectly welcome to pick up your pre-purchased order at CuisineStyle. Address is 842 Stanton Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Please call 650-652-6500 or email shop@cuisinestyle.com to schedule your pick up.
